Hi, I’m Sondra
My name is Sondra Bitar, I am a compassionate real estate investor and entrepreneur, driven by a deep commitment to my family and community. Over the course of 28-years of marriage, I have balanced the roles of wife, mother, and businesswoman while managing significant responsibilities as a caregiver. For five years, I cared for my parents, overseeing their move from Pennsylvania to South Florida, managing their finances, and ensuring they received the medical attention they needed. My mother, battling lung cancer, diabetes, and macular degeneration, required more care, and I, alongside my sister, was devoted to making our parents' final years as comfortable as possible. Their gratitude and appreciation for the sacrifices made during that time remain a profound influence on their life. My dad passed away in 2019 and then mom in 2021.
Throughout these personal challenges, my husband and I built and successfully ran a commercial landscaping business for 24 years. While I managed the day-to-day office operations, including bookkeeping and payroll, my husband led operations, fostering long- term relationships with customers. Our strong partnership ensured the company's success for over two decades, until we made the decision to sell the business in 2024.
In 2020, I began to pursue my passion for real estate. I started part-time, specializing in off- market deals in residential wholesaling, and fix-in-flips in South Florida. Over the course of a few years, I completed 7 real estate transactions while managing my family's needs, demonstrating resilience and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Now, as a full-time real estate investor and redeveloper, my focus is on building affordable, energy-efficient homes, particularly for seniors. My goal is to develop properties that not only serve the community but also offer long-term benefits to those who need them most. I am also deeply committed to educating others about real estate investment, aiming to help individuals earn double-digit returns and achieve financial freedom. With my unique blend of personal experience and professional expertise, I want to empower others to take control of their financial future and live with confidence and a peace of mind.
